My Costs

All Costs are incl. VAT (Value Added Tax) at rate of 20%

  • Standard Documents for Private Client: £60.00 per signature and seal (£30 for an additional SS & £15.00 for duplicated SS).

  • Company Documents: £120.00 per signature and seal (£60 for an additional SS & £30.00 for duplicated SS).

  • Powers of Attorney (from £90 add £30 per additional signatory, and extra cost if witnesses are required).

  • Property Deeds from £240.

  • Academic & Personal Documents: £60.00 per signature and seal (£30 for an additional SS, £15.00 for duplicated SS, 20% discount for students with student ID card and YOTI digital ID). Add verification costs.

  • Documents containing two or more pages must be tied together by ribbons and sealed properly (add £15 if it containing more than 4 pages, and extra cost if it is more than 20 pages).

  • Bound Documents Package - £120.00 per set of documents.

  • For complex or large volume certifications, or drafting I shall charge at £300 an hour.

  • Authentication of diplomas, certificates or company documents may involve additional disbursement for necessary checks and verification.

  • Out of office hours, weekend and call out appointments can be made by prior arrangement.

  • Documents to be used outside the UK may involve additional handling fee, agent fee and disbursement for FCDO and/or Consular Legalisation.

  • Probate and Administration of Estates - fixed agree cost or £300 an hour. see details 

  • If you are based outside of the UK, VAT will not be charged.

  • The cost information is indicative, I need to see the document to confirm the costs and turnaround times.
